How many destinations do you offer?

For the moment we offer trips to 11 South Asian destinations. We are, however, always looking at new countries and suppliers in order to improve the choice of options.

How many packages do you offer?

In the Tour Packages section, each destination has an average of 20 tours, organized by theme and catering to the different tastes and expectations of each individual traveler.

How can I plan my trip?

We offer tour options on our website: ready-made packages and the tailor-made option where you liaise with a local agent to plan your trip.

What does tailor-made mean?

Tailor-made means that we will build a unique itinerary for you. According to the details and wishes you provide, we will design a personalized tour for you, and modify it as much as needed in order to reach your needs.

How long will it take to receive a tailor-made itinerary?

After filling in the form on our website, a local agent will contact you within 5 working hours. After a discussion with the agent, you should receive a detailed itinerary within 1 to 3 working days.

How do I make a booking?

Depending on which travel option you want to book, the process is as follows:

For Tour packages: Select the tour that suits you, fill in the form with all your details, confirm your choice and then proceed to the payment page.

Can I book just a hotel only?

Yes, it is possible to book hotels only. We recommend you make a tailor-made inquiry letting us know the names of the hotels you wish to book and we will reserve rooms for you. If you don't have a preference and are unfamiliar with the hotels, we can offer suggestions.

Can I book just transport only?

Yes, you can book just transport. Send us details of your itinerary and we can book a vehicle and driver for you. Contact us using the tailor-made inquiry form, and you will receive your transport quote within 1 working day.

How can I book for a group?

Tour packages are designed for up to 10 persons. For larger groups, please fill out the "Tailor-Made" form and our experts will get back to you with a personalized package.

How can I inquire about family rooms?

If you are looking for a family room or have other specific needs, please fill out the "Tailor-Made" form for the country you wish to visit. Or ask for modification of existing tour packages and request a family room. Our local experts will get back to you with a personalized proposal.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit card using Paypal on our secure platform.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details?

Yes, it is safe to enter your credit card details as we have a security system which will protect your information.

Will there be any extra charges for using my credit card?

No, there will not be any extra charges or hidden fees incurred for using your credit card.

When do I pay for my booking?

You pay online for your booking once you have decided to confirm your trip.

How can I confirm my booking?

Depending on the travel option you have chosen, follow the confirmation steps online and reach the payment page. For tailor-made inquiries, you just have to write a message to the local agent giving your agreement on the tour. The local agent will then forward you the payment link.

How do I know when my trip is ready?

You will receive an email with all your travel details and tour voucher within 48 hours of finalizing your tour with Travablue.

Where can I find the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy is different according to the country. For Tour Packages, it will display once you select a tour and fill up your information. For Tailor Made inquiries, the cancellation policy will be showing on your detailed itinerary sent by the local agent.

Can I cancel my trip?

Yes, you can cancel your trip although there is a cancellation policy in place (check the conditions applying for your tour)

How do I cancel my booking?

Please write to us explaining the reason for your cancellation. We will then respond to you shortly, outlining the cancellation policy and the procedure you should follow.

How and when can I obtain the refund?

Your refund will be processed within 14 working days once your cancellation has been confirmed. You will receive the refund (minus cancellation fees) via bank transfer. Note that you are responsible for any applicable bank charges.

Can I add someone to the tour I have booked?

This will depend on the tour. Please send us a message on our customer support page and we will get back to you at the earliest.

Will you arrange visas for my trip? If not, how do I apply for a visa?

We do not secure visas for our clients. For country-specific visa information, see the destination page of the country you plan to travel. All required information is provided.

Will someone meet me upon arrival?

Most of our clients will be met at the airport by their driver. Those clients on a customized tour starting from any location other than the airport will also be met by their driver. However, if you have only booked hotels through us, no arrival meeting will be arranged.

If I have any problems on the trip, will you help me?

Yes, just call us and we will assist you in any way we can. There will always be a member of staff available.

Is there a risk of malaria or dengue fever?

Depending on the country you visit and the region, there may be a risk. We recommend you visit your doctor at least 6 weeks before departure to ensure you are given the appropriate medical guidance and any necessary vaccinations or medication. Always bring mosquito repellent with you while travelling.
